Had a cleaning service done on May 6, 2026, and unfortunately it did not meet expectations at all.
Several issues with the service:
Misleading service inclusions: The email stated baseboards are included in the standard service, but the owner later claimed it was only part of a "deep clean." That's not what the website says.
Incomplete blind cleaning: We were charged for window blind cleaning, but only the bedroom blinds were done. Kitchen and dining area blinds were completely skipped.
Products not as advertised: The website specifically advertises eco-friendly, odour-free products — which was a major reason we chose this company, as my kids are sensitive to chemical smells. Instead, Dollarama products were used and the bathrooms smelled of chemicals days later.
Overpriced deep clean: The only area that could reasonably be called a "deep clean" was under the stove, for which we were charged an extra $180, pushing the total bill over $400.
On top of all this, my floors were left with a sticky residue from the mop spray, and the fridge surface wasn't properly wiped down.
To make things worse, I reached out to the owner with detailed feedback the same evening and received no response whatsoever.
Would not recommend. Save your money.
The company made claims of using environmentally friendly, specialized cleaning products, but the cleaner arrived only with basic all-purpose cleaner and a microfiber cloth, without any proper tools required for a deep clean. The service delivered did not reflect a deep clean in any sense. Areas such as tiles, exhaust fans, kitchen sink, washing machine, dryer, oven, and doors were poorly cleaned or some wete completely untouched. The kitchen sink remained heavily stained, the washing machine and dryer were left with unpleasant odours and lint buildup, and general cleanliness was below standard rest alone deep clean.
The cleaner spent approximately four hours on the job, but there was no communication after the service.
When I provided feedback, I was told they would check with the cleaner and get back to me, but I never received any follow-up. After multiple attempts to contact Jeev by phone and message, there was no response. Eventually, I noticed a charge on my credit card without prior consent, notification, or an invoice being provided.
Overall, the experience included overpromising, underdelivering, lack of accountability, and complete breakdown in communication. I was effectively ignored after raising concerns, which is unacceptable for any service-based business.
I would not recommend this company and would not use their services again. If they read this, send me invoice atleast.
