Mesh Maids Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. 

We will send a cleaner back to clean your property at no cost to you if our Mesh Maids professional neglected something during your appointment. Please inform us within 24 hours.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will reschedule your house cleaning for the next available date that is convenient for both of us.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will retain a credit in the amount of your payment on file, which you may use to schedule a future appointment. It is not permissible to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours.

Additionally, gift card and gift certificate purchases are nonrefundable in their entirety.
